Picturesque Cedar Valley Stables!

See it with your own eyes

Cedar Valley Stables is a beautiful picturesque ranch set along the Cedar River.

Not much has changed at Cedar Valley Stables, over the years.  Some of the trees are a bit bigger and the horses are a bit older.  Below are pictures taken by various visitors.   Take a peak and then, share you own by sending us one or two to CedarValleyStables@gmail.com

Ranch Facts

Since 1995, only one building has been added to The Ranch.  The new barn is nestled up behind the office and north stable.  It was Willards's dream that Rich and Nancy realized shortly after his death in 1998.

Rich and Nancy Goodale run the place, along with the a few other helping hands.

Emily taking time out to pose for the camera, another ride will be coming along soon.

Tori, Diablo and Nancy, relaxing after a ride.

Tori's the one sitting down - her butt isn't nearly that big either.

I've known Nancy since 1989, she's been smiling ever since.

It's a cold October day, but Mitchel doesn't mind, he got to ride.

When your not riding, you might find a swing to play on, or a chair to relax in.

Nancy's always looking over her shoulder - watching for your safety.

Visitors come from all over the world to enjoy the simple pleasures at The Ranch.

We care for all parts of the horses - head to tail.

We have big horses for bigger people; they seem to appreciate the similarties.

Tori and the dogs find rest in the most unlikely of places.

Watering the horses is an important job and a good place to meet your horse.

The Ranch is over 200 acres of native woodlands, prairie and river front land.  We do grow some hay and occasionally a mushroom or two can be found in the spring or fall (but only by Rich).
